And if you click on the youtube link I posted, he is clearly seen reaching for her, having to stretch around the SS agent, and pulling her back - you can see her body twisting. The next frame she is six feet back from Trump. Then you see Ben Terris from the Washington Post confront Lewandowski.
Terris was watching Lewandowski, waiting to interview him, and confirmed that it was Lewandowski who grabbed her. The discussion between Terris and Fields is recorded the moment after contact.
Again, the incident itself is far less important than the Trump campaign’s response. THAT is what is most troubling. It reminds me very much of the way the Clinton mob treated anyone who stood in Bill’s way to the White House.
