Republicanism in action: My name is Gabe Hartwig I will be running for Delegate to Republican National Convention... to stop Donald Trump

Elect James Edwards...to respect, represent, uphold, and faithfully execute the will of the people

Michael Abramson...I want to ensure that the voters of the 5th Congressional District are represented in all ballots

Lavin Gartland provided lobbying to a variety of clients, Pfizer, Verizon, several candidates state and local. Lavin work for Deal for Governor

Alex Johnson I am running for delegate...You should too. In some districts there are reports of chairs failing to abide by the rules and keeping delegate lists

GA is one of many states with conventions and caucuses galore. Those who show up win... of course, it helps to prepare to win.

The two statements “stop Donald Trump” seems to be juxtaposed with “faithfully execute the will of the people”.

We have a Constitution that declares we are a Republic but we have an oligarchy, Ben warned us.

I believe GA delegates are bound to vote for the candidate to which they are pledged for the first two ballots. After that, it is a matter of networking and lobbying other delegates. That system worked well and got us Abe Lincoln and other outstanding Presidents. There is no reason to think it will not work this time

You want to faithfully execute the will of the people by doing a stop Trump thing????

You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

I posted short excerpts from 5 email from 5 of the many candidates for delegate in my Congressional District.

Some of you mixed the comments of different delegates as if they were the same person... same establishment.

In fact, these 5 are some of the more than 5 that are running against each other, each with their own distinct message.

In reality at least 2 wannabes are very anti-establishment and at least 2 are very pro-establishment.

And the candidate who says he is anti=Trump is outside the establishment and this is his plea to be allowed in as a member of the establishment.

The point of the post was to show that this is our current system in action. Who wins for delegate depends totally on who shows up to participate in the process.

The process starts at the Precinct level. If you don’t have your precinct, why should anyone listen to you at the County or District level?

So in other words, if you are overseas in the military, your state doesn’t care who you want.

Why make it so convoluted? how about just vote. Most of us have lives, and we pay politicians enough money that we shouldn’t have to do their job for them. alot of these small gop groups remind me of an HOA. Give someone a bit of power, and it goes to their head.

Comparing GOP groups to HOAs is great. I’ll type up a report on what happened at my GA 5th.
