It was all designed to fail. No one thought for a minute that you could force insurance companies to cover people with diagnosed diseases and they could stay solvent. What Obama wants is a single payer system with the federal government dictating who will get what treatment and when. In other words socialized medicine.
don’t cha get it?....it was meant to fail....to usher in total govt control of healthcare....get ready for a whole new govt dept to be run like the VA....hit or miss healthcare....
