Well maybe Cruz can be president of Texas.
Good. Let Ted go with them.
If they did succeed in succession they would have huge border control problem keeping people out.
How about the original Texas border.
No question, if secession came up on the ballot here in TX, I’d vote for it. A renewed Republic of Texas should at least have potential, unlike this sick, dying, faggoty cesspool that America has become.
Once we secede, I move that the Capital be moved back to its original location, West Columbia.
Damn it, wait ‘til I get there!
Texas not not have to secede, Texas was an indepentent soviegn nation prior to joining the USA. All texas has to do is nullify the Tready/agreement joining instrument
Works for me.
“Texas, it’s like a whole other country”. Who’d have thought a 20 year old advertising slogan could have been so prophetic?
Be careful, Texas.
A vote for succession could cause a problem dealing with at least 40-50 million refugees from the north.
After the vote, pass a resolution that all adult immigrants must a) speak/read/write the official language of Texas prior to entry; b) swear allegiance to Texas(including defending said republic; and c) bring at least one working firearm (with ammo) per adult.
I would like to see Texas, Oklahoma and all the states of the Old South secede and call themselves the Free States of America.
As fun as it may be to think of, or even making plans for Texas becoming it’s own country (again), or threads where the United States are divided up, giving the libtards certain areas and *conservatives* getting others, this is almost exactly what the establishment of the Uniparty wants! This is what those who see themselves as ‘visionaries’ and ‘big thinkers’ (Bush’s, Petraeus, Soros, Clinton’s, Chamber of Cheap Labor, CFR members, and the BANKERS) believe is the future: a North American Union, divided up into regions. They see the border with Mexico, Canada, and even state and provincial lines becoming nothing more than historical markers of sorts. Their ‘big picture’ thinking sees all these ‘regions’ on a common economic level with the average daily wages of Mexico being the same as the daily wages for those of us in the United States. Removal of Texas, or any state for that matter, from the United States would be a giant leap forward in the globalist’s plans of destroying the sovereignty of the U.S. in favor of creating a North American Union much the same as they made the European Union. Wonder how well that E.U. is working out for people over there.
The United States needs Texas and Texans to remain the greatest nation on the planet, just like it needs all the other 57 states. Yes, Texas would make an awesome country, but in choosing to do such, would irreparably damage the United States, and Texas on its own would never come close to being the global super power and beacon of freedom and liberty all 50 of the United States of America is (despite the current socialists attacks from within).
May cooler heads prevail. Otherwise, we may find ourselves in a shooting war.
I’m getting too old to hump ammo...
5.56mm
Works for me.
Then Texas will need TWO walls.
Ted Cruz can go and be President of Texas!
I’ll choose Texas.....
