Sounds like a plan. I’m sure Cruz has a plan for picking up second place electoral votes in the general too.
If the presidential election were a national caucus or delegate convention I would give Cruz a chance. In a straight popular vote forget it he would get hammered by Hillary or Bernie, and of course Cruz would be going up against the masters of vote stealing and manipulation with the Democrats.
