Another Obama blunder? I wouldn’t completely rule it out. Bush capped the production of F-22s.

Obama threatened to veto further production of the F-22 in July 2009, forcing the senate to vote in favor of terminating it. Whatever Bush did before then, Obama had the honor of dropping the axe.
