How did that Susan B. Anthony dollar work out?

Same way all the other dollar coins worked out. Nobody wants the bloody things. That's why they're attacking the $20. EVERYBODY who uses cash uses Twenties. Try to get anything other than a Twenty from an ATM ...

Leave Andy da’hail alone! Make a $30 bill with Harriet.

It could have been worse. And Jackson was one of the most corrupt and evil bastards we ever had as President. He never deserved to be on the damn thing to begin with.

That was a design flaw.

This is designed to expedite the abolishment of cash.

I think it is more designed to rewrite history.

Don’t complain.....we replaced a Democrat with a Republican.

I think I saw one.....once.

Of course (as I recall) the objection to that was more because people confused the dollar coin with a quarter coin. Plus no one wanted the weight of a dozen coins in their pocket when they could have a bill instead.

I am against this.

But at least it is Tubman, not any of the other possibilities. Tubman was a hardcore Christian Conservative Republican 2nd Amendment Sister.

Jackson was a big government Democrat.

Tubman's Bible and pistol (that she used) are still in display in museums to this day.

Utter BS. That is all you can get out of an ATM that is why they pushed for the 20 instead of the 10. I will make it a point to not carry 20’s.

So it takes 14 years nowadays to change the face on money??,,what the heck??

The Kennedy half dollar came out within a year of JFKs death. Just an observation.

Not surprising.

It must have annoyed the tyrants at the Federal Reserve to no end that someone opposed to central banking was on “their” reserve notes.

Here is our protest:

“Can I have two tens?”

Just wait. The next thing they will want to do is out Obama on our currency. For one reason...because he’s black.

Maybe they can put him on the $20,000 promissory notes on the old "Game of Life" board game.

You can’t compare the Democrats of then to the Democrats of today.

Jackson opposed central banking. That in and by itself is a huge fight for the freedom of the people and their prosperity.

Actually, they plan on eliminating currency. That way they can set negative interest rates without people having any way to avoid them.

Well I’ve never been a fan of commemorating politicians for anything, especially naming buildings, ships, etc. for them
