RE: The Tubmans played a key role in setting up the African state of Liberia and settled there.
I know that a William Tubman was President of Liberia in the mid 20th century. Not sure how he’s related to Harriet though.

It’s still backed up by nothing but government hot air, so no real change.

Jackson was a D back when being a D did not mean leftist whacko. Quite possibly the most conservative president ever ... the only one to ever completely retire the US Debt during his tenure.

I have a better idea... put a shinny reflective foil in that position so that you see your reflection when you look at it! Now that’s inclusive!

Andrew Jackson was a Democrat. Democrats have their Jefferson-Jackson Day dinners. Are liberals OK with dissing Jackson in this manner??? After all hes one of them.
I know. It's a slap in the face of what the Democratic Party was for a century and a half. The country can take Jackson or leave him -- I can live without him -- but he was always central to the party. Obama, Sanders, and both Clintons have spoken at Jefferson-Jackson Day dinners, right down to this year.
But the party has repudiated its old base, just as Hillary Clinton abandoned the coal miners. In another twenty years, Jefferson-Jackson Day dinners may be a thing of the past. Some states have already changed. Minnesota has the Humphrey-Mondale Day dinner. A great idea for a party that doesn't plan on ever winning anything. Maybe they'll add Al Franken to the title before we're done.

I have quoted Thomas DiLorenzo on the evil Hamilton before -- "Tyler Durden"
Why? To show that you ("Tyler Durden") are a moron?

The bankers, and the powerful families including the Rothschilds who supported it, wanted a "national bank" because they could load the board with "their" guys and outweigh the will of the people and the normal channels of government.
See?!? It was the Joooooooooooooooooooos!

After two terms of Hillary a $20 will buy you a cup of coffee.
After two term of Bernie, we’ll add three zeros to the bill, for the same cup of coffee.

Jackson is one of my favorite Presidents and he saved America from banking interests. We lost in the end to the secret bankster meetings on Jeckyl Island in 1913.

My only one teeny tiny issue with Jackson was his the black deed of American forcing natives off their lands and relocating them.

yeah, I suppose, but it still is shocking at times. To consider for instance the racism that was alive and well in 1940s New York against Jews. And the race riots in Chicago in the 1910s. And it took to the damn 60s to end it in the south. I mean, that was practically yesterday.
