We the people haven’t gone mad nearly as much as the government which is supposed to be acting on our behalf and to our benefit has.
I don’t know exactly what Donald Trump has proposed or would propose for a situation like this, but this kind of disconnect and his promise to address it explains his general popularity. Crude and sometimes of questionable personal morality, he still gets it when the people speak.

Maybe we might find a support for home schooling from an unexpected quarter. You brought up a fruit, maybe you’re the best people to raise it. Don’t give it to a vegetable farm.
Parents are home schooling their kids over Common Core, as well as sending them to private schools. Some parents might do the same as far as bathrooms are concerned.
