Judge Refuses for the Second Time to Allow Attorney to Defend Cliven Bundy
Freedom Outpost ^ | 4/20/2016 | Tim Brown

Many people may recognize Larry Klayman. He founded Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, which are government watchdogs. However, for a second time a federal judge in Nevada denied Klayman the opportunity to join Cliven Bundy's defense team.

Review Journal reports:

In a two-page order, Gloria Navarro said she will not allow Klayman into the high-profile criminal case until he can give her proof that "ethical disciplinary proceedings" against him in Washington, D.C., have been resolved in his favor.

He filed a petition to enter the Bundy case last month, but Navarro denied his request, questioning his candidness with her about the outcome of the disciplinary proceedings.

His troubles with the Washington bar stemmed from three separate alleged conflicts of interest in litigation involving Judicial Watch after he left the organization as its legal counsel, according to court documents.

Last month, Navarro said she would reconsider letting Klayman into the case if he provided her with the proper documentation of the case's resolution.

Klayman later filed more documents but admitted the matter has not been resolved, Navarro said in her order Tuesday.

For Klayman's part, he believes the judge's decision is wrong and violates Cliven Bundy's rights.

"The judge's ruling will be legally challenged on an expedited basis," he said. "It violates Cliven Bundy's Sixth Amendment constitutional right to counsel and forces Cliven to forfeit his right to a speedy trial.

"The ruling demonstrates that the judge has an extra-judicial bias and prejudice against Cliven Bundy and his counsel, for which disqualification is required," Klayman added. "The judge was recommended by (U.S. Sen.) Harry Reid and appointed by President Barack Obama, and the order wears her political allegiance on her sleeve."

Well, that tells you quite a bit right there. Harry Reid was at the center of the Bundy Ranch issue.

Klayman called out Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah in 2013 when he told him to "put the Quran down" and come out of the White House with his hands up. Mr. Klayman has represented several people who have also challenged Obama's eligibility, taken on the NSA over its illegal spying and sued the DOJ to have Obama deported.

Bundy has asked American patriots to help with the defense fund in order to deal with the criminal element in the DC government that has run roughshod over the Constitution. If you wish to help, you can visit his page and donate there.

Corruption, plain and simple, in our central socialist government and in our courts' system. They owe their dedication and souls to their employer.

Hillary has been allowed to break the laws of America and to wipe her behind with the Constitution.... and no arrest.

Bundy was set up to get the land that belongs to the American People!

All lands claimed by this evil central government should be given to the states in which they're located. To fail to do so makes even the next administration complicit in continuing the expansion of a monstrous central government.

Bundy is currently being defended by a Nevada lawyer named Joel Hansen. So there are no Sixth Amendment violations.

Recognize him, but is he a competent attorney?

He probably has to work with an State based attorney.

So I do not agree that this order, by itself, shows corruption.

The judfe appears to be following good practices to ensure the defendant has competent represenation.

He’s a litigator and not a criminal defense attorney. Given a chance Klayman can sue everyone in sight, but that won’t keep Bundy out of jail.

Is he admitted to practice in that court, or is he trying to appear pro hac vice?

Corruption, plain and simple, in our central socialist government and in our courts' system.

BS, plain and simple. Whenever an attorney seeks to represent a litigant before a court in which the attorney is not admitted to practice law, the attorney must submit evidence of "good standing" from the courts in which he or she is admitted to practice law indicating that the attorney has not been disciplined or that any discipline proceeding has been resolved in the attorney's favor. This is not a conspiracy against Bundy; rather this is standard operating procedure whenever an attorney seeks admission to practice before the court pro hoc vice.

The constitution allows an American citizen to use representation of their choosing, up to and including their own self. Or at least that was the way it was meant to be.

Klayman later filed more documents but admitted the matter has not been resolved,
Navarro said in her order Tuesday.

The balls in Klayman’s hand to submit the documents to the Judge. Apparently
Klayman can’t because the years old matter hasn’t been resolved.

He should be allowed to participate in this particular case and in that jurisdiction.

The judge, appointed by BO, is hell-bent on railroading and is no doubt fearful that Klayman knows more about the law than she does. Which, according to the rat who appointed her, is no doubt the case.

That's your opinion at any rate. Anyone, appointed by this phony president, should be suspect in everything they do from the bench.

Has ZERO to do with corruption. This attorney has a pending disciplinary matter before the DC Bar. He is NOT licensed in this State.

You can practice in other States in which you are not licensed, but to be waived in for it you MUST SHOW there are no unresolved disciplinary matters. This is very basic.

No. There is no conspiracy theory here. Period.

Why? How many federal criminal cases has he defended?

r e l a x
this is going to the supreme court
which hopefully by then wil have all 9
and a majority that follow the CONSTITUTION

the issue partially is that when there is a confrontation between a citizen and a federal bureau, the local sheriff is the ONLY LAW ENFORCEMENT authorized by the CONSTITUTION...

in addition Le voy case should fall inthe same category...
we dont really know who shot him
a state trooper or an FBI agent
and regardless, he was headed to a meeting with a local sheriff...

WACO
RUBY RIDGE
BUNDY
FINICUM

federal abuse of the CONSTITUTION

and interestingly enough the FBI had informants and surveillance and coudl have avoided all these issues,,,,, but didn’t

the FBI is a curious group
they have a paid informant living with 9/11 hijackers who tell them of the plan....
FBI DOES NOTHING
several field agents report unusual flight training activity amongst saudis here on visas
FBI DOES NOTHING
th
the CIA turn over the two who wound up living with the FBI informant and warn that they are al queda
FBI DOES NOTHING
the fbi have paid informant(s) at elohim city telling them of Mc Vey’s plan
FBI DOES NOTHNG
they receive warning from saudi arabia and turkey that the boston bombers have tried to join al queda
FBI DOES NOTHING

so i gues essentially the FBI’s job is to remove bodies and clean up the blood and debris from events they could have prevented when the targets are us citizens... on one hand and on the other to execute citizens who are denied a court trial under the CONSTITUTION and who may have a legitimate legal issue for the courts to rule on...

the obama justice department is totally corrupt both uner holder and lynch (holder clone).. in both cases they have actually supported lawlessness and helped rioters, under the guise of civil rights supervision..

meantime the repubs sit ontheir thimbs and watch and then megaphone how they are an alternative to left wing injustice...

IF THEY WERE BOTH HOLDER AND LYNCH AND OBAMA AND CLINTON WOULD HAVE BEEN IMPEACHED.......

let’s see how the clinton e-mail felonies trun out.......

ESSENTIALLY THE USA IS A CORRUPT BANANNA REPUBLIC
A JOKE
AN ABOMINATION WHEN COMAPRED TO THE CONSTITUTION

***********************************************************

While I appreciate you wrote in the caveat of “in and of itself”, hopefully, you will forgive those of your fellow freepers’s who look at this year’s long saga today that continues to relentlessly be visited upon a hapless old California rancher and his sons, and an Oregon rancher and his son, by a “justice department” in the iron grip of Marxists like Lynch, Obama, Jarrett, Safari, Reid et al and then come to the exact opposite conclusion you have.
