Andrew Shaw Suspended One Game for Use of Homophobic Slur During Hawks Game

Chicago Blackhawks’ forward Andrew Shaw has been suspended for one game after using a homophobic slur twice during Tuesday night’s playoff loss against the St. Louis Blues.
The league announced the suspension Wednesday along with a $5,000 fine for "directing an inappropriate gesture at the on-ice officials" during the game.
Shaw will also be required to undergo sensitivity training, according to the NHL.
The suspension means Shaw will miss Game 5 of the team's series against the Blues, where they are facing elimination.

Kris Letang just about takes Viktor Stalberg's head off, no suspension. The Philly Flyers pile-up the usual assortment of felonies and misdemeanors during a playoff series, no suspensions.
But yell out a homophobic slur on the ice, and by-gawd the NHL is gonna get you!

What exactly transpires during this training? Does anybody know what the curriculum consists of?
