This is true, I’ve seen it.
When I was younger I worked in a grocery store, I was the poor fool who was responsible for keeping the restrooms tidy for a time.
All I can say is that those ladies try to flush the darndest things down the toilet.
And those things wrapped in what seems like an entire roll of toilet paper do not go down, and then the toilet no longer works until the plumber comes and retrieves these objects.
The ladies are also, at times, averse to sitting on the seat, so instead they squat and spray...
Anyway, I personally wish things would stay as they should be.
