“Roberts’ Rules of Order, a common rulebook in government meetings.

Yue believes the change would create more transparency while also clamping down on the ability of party leaders to insert an establishment alternative into the race.”

REINCE WINS! A Contested Convention is on unless we get Trump over the 1237!

That’s exactly what we’ll have on a second ballot.

Never mind Kasich will stick around thinking he’s got a shot.

“60% of “the people” chose someone else! Deal with it!”

An even HIGHER percentage did NOT. CHOOSE. CRUZ.

Deal with that!

“I wish that were true but Trump is losing to both Hillary and Bernie in the RealClearPolitics average. In fact, Trump does worse than Cruz and that other guy.”

That may be partially because the Cruze arses and GOP (redundant yes) refuse to unite and start attacking Hillary.

Those numbers are going to change.

Once Trump starts chewing on Hillary like a junkyard dog her voter base will crumble. He is going to pummel her with fact after fact and his message will start resonating with the working poor and then it is landslide time.

No, I am not a Cruzer. I am not a Trumpster, yet I favor Trump because he cannot be bought or threatened, IMO, THAT is what we need. I am an anti-GOPe kinda FReeper and more importantly, anti-Hillary-Clinton kinda voter.

To historical tradition, at least in states that allow such process with no majority among voters, the two top candidates have a run-off election. Frankly, I believe Trump will win. But, I have fooled myself before.

You assume I support Cruz. I’m appalled that Cruz and Trump are the best the GOP can come up with.

There is only one reason to have a complicated voting system: because it favors whoever made the rule.

Exactly. It favors the Republican Club and the Cruz supporters are all happy because the GOP is backing their guy.

I’d also like to see strict proportional vote. None of this winner take all.
