We dont want him to work with the current political establishment uniparty.

The current establishment is why we are where we are today.

We want him to be the beginning of tearing down and chuckingmout the uniparty establishment. And keeping it out.

If this new phase is what we saw today, count me out. The abortion question and the bathroom bill question were both things he could have easily sidestepped --"I'm not the party chairman, as president I would build a wall and focus on jobs...It's a state law, I don't know the particulars of it, but what I do know is that Americans need jobs..." Instead, he put his foot in his mouth in a way that won't end up pleasing anyone.

That doesn't mean I'm any more inclined towards the crooked Canadian, however.

“Improvise, adapt, and overcome” has served the US Marine Corps well for many years, and is always good advice in life.
Few achieve success by remaining rigid and inflexible.

Now that Job #1 of getting rid of the other 16 candidates has been accomlished (and at lowest cost and with innovative methods), it’s appropriate for Trump to adapt and move into a more policy oriented presentation. He’s hired the best and surrounded himself with seasoned pros. You don’t get to be Donald Trump without knowing how to listen to advice from the people you have hired to give it.

In other words, he is going to accommodate the GOPe by changing to their positions.

Manafort, the essence of the GOPe. A lobbyist for a Pakistani front. How lovely for the Donald.

He’s locked up the first set of chumps and they are going anywhere. Now its time to go find more chumps.

I agree.

More likely that the GOPe is going to change to accommodate Trump.

He’s starting with Bernie chumps. Cruz chumps can jump in the lake, thosr 10-15 million votes can be made up on the RAT side.

Yes, but to do that he must first lull them to sleep, so that they won’t feel the dagger.

Trump is joining the GOPe, but not to worry the media will remind everyone of the good old days.

No, more like we get something barely to the right of Hillary. He already is walking back his position on immigration, taxes and even now supports taking away the right of private business to determine who uses which bathrooms.

Sounding more GOPey by the day.

Well, he is a Progressive, so he’s got good odds on the Bernie folks, all he has to do is evolve a little here and there. Its not like any FRumpsters are ever going to leave adoration behind.

Hmmmm... Trump still sounds the same in Harrisburg, PA tonight.

Trump still going with full guns here:

but Clinton is still going to be crooked Hillary,” he added.

Fantastic had it been 6 months ago.

Of course, Manafort could very be the best herder of cats since Moses. He’ll need to be as Donald has never been one to take direction very well much less for very long.

Besides, Trump’s magic seems to have been “impromptu” campaigning. What happens to the magic when its 100% PC scripted? Not even mentioning playing footsy with the GOPe will certainly give lots of bots cause for reconsideration.

I predict that when the “punch em in the mouth” audience begins to cool to the new “can’t we all just get along” Trump, Trump will return to where he had the magic, he and Manafort will bump heads and like poor little Corey the Grabber, Manafort will be handed his last check.

This is going to prove to be excellent watching.

Remember 1984 when Ronald Reagan had a lackluster debate performance against Fritz ‘Lizardlids’ Mondale?
His trainers bogged Reagan down with statistics, facts and figures. The next day his campaign said that in the future they would “let Reagan be Reagan”.

Sure, some sanding and polishing, but let Trump be Trump and he will blow Hildabeast away.

What saddens me is all the grinding work grassroot conservatives did in ‘10 and ‘14 to rid their locales of RATS...
