No, governments should stop pretending things to be true that aren't true. Here are a few that have caused endless problems.
- Pretending that black people aren't people so that slavery could be justified.
- Pretending that Jewish people aren't people so that the holocaust could be justified.
- Pretending that preborn people aren't people so that abortion can be justified.
- Pretending that homosexuality is normal so that perversion can be justified.

Don’t the politicians and activists fear “street justice” from friends and family of those harmed? The anarchy they wish to cause could come back on them 100 fold. What would be the appropriate blowback for a political candidate that supported this and even one person was harmed as a result?
It’s all looking bleak....there most likely will not be one major event, like you mentioned, but a cascading collapse that builds upon itself.

That’s how I see it. A lot of folks seemed primed for some single cataclysmic incident with an immediate impact. I’m thinking more in the direction of a grinding decay that exponentially builds, with people acclimitizing and self-deluding themselves to it all along the way. But then being totally surprised when things truly start to spiral out of control.
transgenders have been using the restrooms of the gender they associate themselves with since the beginning of public restrooms with almost nobody ever knowing..just go in do your business and leave.. no problem,,, so now it’s a big issue?.. wonder why now?

When it might become necessary for the President of the United States to have a position on bathroom gender policy we are truly orbiting the proverbial drain.
I think in government schools they are. I know they can use the locker rooms.

Who is going to check to see whether someone is legitimately “transgendered”. I could walk into a women’s bathroom and claim to be a lesbian trapped in a male body. I could claim to be “gender neutral”.

And Donald LGBTrump is all good with it.
Transgendered are mentally unstable. They should have their own bathrooms... But they won’t like it. They will say it is separate but equal.
