Ok you make the law XYs are banned from XX bathrooms. How do you identify the XYs dressed as XXs? Then, once they are identified in the wrong bathroom, who reports it? And who is it reported to? Then when that entity comes how do they identify the alleged XY to be in the XX bathroom as an XY??
If an XY dressed as an XX goes in the XY bathroom you have another set of problems.
As long as XYs aren’t peeing in sinks in the XX bathroom or XXs aren’t sitting in the urinals in XY bathrooms how does anyone know??

Krauthammer is always intelligent, but he occasionally forgets how creatively perverse and petty the left can be. The Kraut is correct that there was no epidemic of transgender people being denied entrance to (any type of) bathrooms; what didn't occur to the reasonable Kraut is that the unreasonable left would contrive such denial, and, in anticipation of such denial, start pressuring stores, schools, etc. to allow entrance into bathrooms of every type of person into every type of bathroom.
As the article goes to great pains to explain ... this is not about that.
