Steve Deace, syndicated radio host and Scottie Nell Hughes, the chief political correspondent for USA Radio Networks discuss whether former Speaker of the House John Boehners remarks about Ted Cruz crossed a line. Plus Indiana becomes the next, and possibly the last battleground for some candidates, in the race for the White House.
The segment with Steve Deace starts at about 3:00 min, but skip the first half if you want to get to his meltdown faster.
I REALLY hate John Boehner. He has always been a sniveling suck-up.
It’s a bad title for the video (not my title), because the videos are far more about Steve Deace losing his mind over Trump winning, than it is about Boehner.
I agree, and he is creepy himself.
Just the exact guy I would expect to back Cruz at THIS POINT.
More and more, the Cruz camp is becoming unstable and flailing about as the SS Cruz lists and slips beneath the political seas.
Bohner’s a lush.
That’s an insult to lushes
When your back is to the wall, and there is no side to turn to, this probably displays the behavior pattern that is ingrained in the very genes of most even semi-sentient creatures on this planet. Turning on the perceived assailants with a wild rage, the sheer ferocity of the defense is a sometimes magnificent display of fearless and pretty primeval emotion.
Today, the word berserk is used to describe anyone in an irrational, agitated state of mind who cannot or does not control his or her actions. The meaning of the word originates with the Viking berserkers, the fierce warriors who were known for battling in an uncontrollable, trance-like fury, and were alleged to be able to perform seemingly impossible super-human feats of strength.
But for the campaign of Ted Cruz, it may be too little, too late.
.
If that’s melting down, then Lyin Trump has been a puddle the entire campaign.
Plus he uses the same orange tanning spray as Trump.
I’ve never heard of Deace before this election cycle. All I’ve seen of him through the cycle is one un-hinged moment after another. He’s going to need a stint at the nervous hospital.
Awww those juvenile insults have done zero for Cruz or anyone else. But they are fun to point and laugh at the whiners.
He was previously limited to screwing up Republican politics in Iowa, where he played at being an evangelical kingmaker. He got taken down a peg in Iowa, but found new friends farther afield. If you took the histrionics out of him, there wouldn't be a lot left- just another professional agitator yakking out a living as long as the rubes buy his act. Every now and then he has to walk back or live down some rather "un-Christian," remark, but there are still people who are buying what he's selling.
Back when I still thought highly of Ted Cruz, I did note with some dismay that Deace and some of Iowa's professional zealots were in his camp, and that was a warning I should have heeded sooner.
Mr. niteowl77
But folks it has about a 70% approval rating and that is who ran Carly out the first time.
It’s not an insult it’s an observation. It’s a color I’d prefer not to see for the next four years.
