I just finished watching his last speech. I can’t believe anyone would not want to vote for everything this guy stands for. What do they disagree with? But the city about 40 miles north of me is a hotbed of liberalism that can only be described as mildly insane. It was the only place where Air America actually made a profit in advertising.

Yes, but Portland is so full of Democrats that they don’t count in the Primary. Trump will win the Republican vote in Oregon. Trump will lose the state in November.

I keep hoping my home state (Oregon) will turn back to a Republican state, but too many Californians moved up, so it’s a Dem state now. :-(

Some people can’t wrap their minds around voting for someone who isn’t a conservative social justice warrior.

I was debating anti-Trumpers on Facebook, and my observation was that they were almost entirely ignorant of everything he stands for, and seemed to believe everything they hear from the media uncritically. One guy, a Cruzer, took my reference to Cruz lying about his legalization position by telling me: “Oh, you mean the one where Boehner, Cruz’s text buddy, fooled Cruz into supporting the amnesty bill?” This dummy confused McConnell and the TPP issue with the gang of eight fight. Another individual, who claimed to not even like Cruz but to be “NeverTrump,” told me Trump was awful. When I asked her what made him awful, she explained it’s because he wants universal healthcare. Another person told me Trump isn’t a Christian, and I happened to know that that individual thinks people should be executed for blasphemy or sabbath keeping (this is not hyperbole). Another Cruzer I spoke with revealed he was pro-amnesty. And yet another explained that if Trump places tariffs on foreign companies, it’ll cause an economic collapse.

In each case, these people were either hardcore religious to the point of insanity, entirely ignorant about the issues, or simply stupid.

There are a lot of people in the US that don’t want to grow up and face the ugliness that this country is loaded with. Illegals, terrorism, it’s too ‘unpleasant’ for them to deal with and they want to ignore it and pretend it does not exist.

Trump in his own way is forcing Americans to face this and take responsibility for the direction their country is headed in. He’s making people see the ugly realities.

Anyone can say anything. Just because Trump says what people like does not mean 1) he believes what he says to be true 2)he will follow through on what he says he will do.

I will vote for Trump if he wins; HOWEVER,I do not believe what we are seeing is who he is. He at least is not Hillary.
