His union can’t help him; he’s going to jail. They can’t have people lose faith in a system that is already fast becoming obsolete due to technology and competition. I pay bills online but still prefer to receive them in paper form; I know I have to change this due to the unreliability of mail delivery (I just need a more reliable computer to store the images). I don’t want to set up any auto-debits to my account (because people get lazy and don’t verify what they are paying anymore); I just need a reliable system and backup to end any reliance on this government service rife with affirmative action employees...
I use Tax Act and do the whole deal on-line - I spent $30 this year for the electronic filing (the version of the S/W I use is free). Couldn't be more convenient.
