If there's one thing I can not stand, it's the conceit of someone who answers their own question with such confidence it seems they think it was rhetorical, as in this case.
There are MANY cogent, reasonable, and indeed, insightful reasons for supporting Trump: none of them are "fear." They have been explored ad nauseum on this site, yet some persist in the masterbatory fantasy that those who don't agree with their "take," do so out of naiveté, hero worship, or other such base motivations.
To such philosophical luddites I say "Good riddance. FreeRepublic is stronger without you."
