I heard this back around the time the National Enquirer stories broke, but I can't remember where I heard it from. It was based on sources allegedly within the Cruz campaign who stated the affairs were real.
Cruz is Latino, and being latino, I can tell you the story has an extremely high probability of being absolutely true.
