Cruz Scolds Boy After Child Tells Him ‘You Suck’ At Indiana Rally [VIDEO]
Daily Caller ^ | 5/2/2016 | Kerry Picket

Posted on 05/02/2016 5:29:14 AM PDT by simpson96

La Porte, IN–Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said a kid growing up in his household would have been spanked if they acted out the way a boy did towards him Sunday during a rally.

The pre-teen boy was escorted out by local law enforcement when he told Cruz during a rally, “You suck.” The incident began when Cruz talked about his tax plan and heard the boy’s voice screaming something un-intelligible to him from the crowd.

“Apparently there’s a young boy who’s had some problems,” Cruz said. The child yelled something unknown again at Cruz but then screamed louder, “You suck.”

Cruz was rude to Americans when he voted to renew the Patriot act. he was rude to us when he supported TPP with Ryan. He was rude to us when he voted for TPA, He was rude to us when he helped Bush draft NAFTA back when he was Bush’s lawyer. He was rude to us when he stripped out the US ability to police currency manipulation of our trade partners. He was Rude to us hen he pushed Amnesty several times and then welcomed illegals at the border with gift baskets.

Cruz is Insulting our intelligence every time he claims to be a conservative, moral and/or pro-America.

Cruz is right. If this were my kid, he’d be spanked and made to apologize. So few parents today teach their kids to be respectful.

What is wrong with parents today? We got Democrat kids yelling obscenities at Trump supporters then we got this kid whether he is a Democrat or trump supporter.

Millineals are bad enough. These kids are generation after them. Between these two groups, the future of this noation is pure doom.

cRuz should’ve just left it at “Children should speak with respect”.

He had to bring Trump into it. That’s when he completely negated and diminished any good that had come out of his rebuking.

He was talking about doing your taxes on a post card. That is useless silliness that won’t do much to resolve this nation’s problems.

Ted isn’t offering solutions.

Cruz's tax plan will do more to keep businesses in America than all of Donald Trump's empty rhetoric.

Shifting business taxes from net income to revenue means taxes will be collected on every iPhone made in China, but sold in the U.S.

Replacing both the business income tax and the payroll tax to a revenue tax means that iPhone will fund Social Security and Medicare even when jobs are lost in the U.S.

Right now, these taxes (U.S. net income, U.S. payroll taxes) are a big part of why U.S. companies outsource jobs to other countries.

The result is there will be much less financial advantage for offshoring manufacturing. If the air conditioner is made in Indiana or Mexico, Carrier is going to pay their taxes.

It also will make it much easier to start and operate a small business, or to work as a contractor (Uber, Etsy, etc.).

Ted Cruz's tax plan is a 21st Century tax plan. We are still operating using a tax system designed for 1950.

So your point is that if someone is rude to us we are justified in being rude to them? Sounds like liberal logic to me.

Something smells about this one. Why would a boy be brought to a rally to shout something like that? Makes me think it was pre-arranged. Either way, it is wrong. It was also wrong for Cruz to use the incident to score a point on Trump.

Agreed. It absolutely screams "set-up".

Let's see ......

- Trump put out his tax plan before anyone else.

Actually, Marco Rubio's tax plan was first. He and Mike Lee already had a tax plan out before he announced for President. That plan became his campaign's tax plan day one.

Rand Paul's tax plan was released in June 2015.

- Trump addressed the VA conditions.

Bush, Rubio, Paul, and Cruz were all talking about VA reform before Trump raised the issue. Given Rubio, Paul, and Cruz were all in the Senate, this is not a surprise.

- Trump is the one that made immigration an issue. The others preferred it be swept under the rug.

- Trump was out front on all the Syrian refugees being dumped on us.

The Syrian refugee issue came to light after the Paris attacks. All of the candidates were on the record within hours of each other.

- Trump has made our trade deals an issue. The others don’t know where they stand half the time.

- Trump has made an issue of our jobs going overseas. I really haven’t heard much from the others.

These are all valid. Trade and immigration are Trump's issues, and he deserves credit for making them issues. Cruz has done a complete 180 on immigration due to Trump.

An 11 year old boy doesn’t take himself to a political rally. Where were his parents?

And he was taken away by security. Still no parents? This one smells like a set up. It would be very telling who his parents are and who they work for.

Maybe Caroline has had too many spankings from daddy and that's why she so sullen and pushes away from him.

As you say. That does not mean you have to be rude or condone rudeness. A shame you cannot tell the difference.

We are talking about politics. Relevant politics. We are no longer wasting time on a Jr Senator from TX who has crapped out at the presidential casino.

Its time to focus on how our presumptive nominee Donald Trump will beat Hillary Clinton and take back the Whitehouse. Its called reality. Join the movement.

His own daughter has indicated pretty much the same.

“The surrounding adults then asked him to leave; he became belligerent, saying he had to right to be there and say what he wanted. His Chicago Cubs ball cap was thrown to the back of the standing crowd, by whom I do not know. And then I ended up trying to calm him down, when he arrived back next to me. I asked him to be respectful of the senator. He was crying very hard, and was upset by the responses he was getting. I tried to calm him down,” he said.

Sounds like Cruzlim thugs and thieves.

“The parents of this young child needs to be questioned by CPS.”

I don’t disagree, but so do the Cruzes for dragging their young children all over and at all hours to exploit them as stage props. There is video proof of their weariness of it all.

Uh ohhhhh. Your gonna get flamed real good now for inferring that what this country needs is civility on manners and for people to show respect and restraint in human affairs. This is, afterall, now Free Trumpublic.
