What is a really perilously close is our dollars having no value, How do we prepare for that?

In the end of things, we’re on our way to the Mark of the Beast.

I expect world economic collapse. Lessee, massive printing of fake money, invasions of hundreds of thousands if not millions from the Middle East, erasing of borders.

Really, the only way to prepare for all of it is John 3:17-18.

Should the Lord tarry through this Depression II in the U.S.A., with my situation, you go with food, self-defense. And there’s little I can do about that but, thank God, have been able to a bit. I’ve lived on some church food but most churches cannot afford to do even that anymore. The one I went to for that hasn’t done it for about 3 years.

Have the means to provide your own food and shelter, and the means to protect it.

The train is heading for the cliff and I don’t believe there’s anything that can stop it at this point.

So, what are some of the things that will happen when it goes over the cliff?

There in lies the rub. How to live alone and protect ones home from invasion, attack, theft. I have a dog, a gun, a fence, some stores of food, and there are windows all around the house. A six foot fence can be climbed, windows broken and forced entry would be possible. A shot gun, and a hand gun would not last long, I fear.

Where there is evil intent one can not rely on principles of fairness, can one?

Oh meant to show you this thread from a few months back. No, it will be anything but normal. I expect martial law to be rather common in many Western countries, too.

"So, what are some of the things that will happen when it goes over the cliff?"

Nobody knows because there has never been a house of cards economy this large which has ever crashed. The fact that the economies of most countries are now globally interlocked makes the potential consequences even more catastrophic. But there's a good reason so many people are buying so many guns and ammo.

Thank you for referencing that article BradtotheBone. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

From a related thread …

Once again, it’s time for "Federal Government Annual Budget 101,” the constitutionally limited power federal government's annual budget as the Founding States had intended for the budget to be understood.

Note that a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that Congress is prohibited from appropriating taxes in the name of state power issues, essentially any issue that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers. This is evidenced by the excerpt below.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

In fact, based on the Court’s statement above, here is a rough estimate of how much taxpayers should be paying Congress annually to perform its Section 8-limited power duties.

Given that the plurality of clauses in Section 8 deal with defense, and given that the Department of Defense budget for 2015 was $500+ billion, I will generously round up the $500+ billion figure to $1 trillion (but probably much less) as the annual price tag of the federal government to the taxpayers.

In other words, the corrupt media, including Obama guard dog Fx Noise, should not be reporting multi-trillion dollar annual federal budgets without mentioning the Supreme Court’s clarification of Congress’s limited power to appropriate taxes in budget discussions.

Remember in November !

When patriots elect Trump, Cruz, or whatever conservative they elect, they need to also elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its Section 8-limited powers to support the new president, including putting a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes.

Also consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

Completely out of control now. Country cannot last more than a few years. Already stopped filing taxes with US government. What is the point ?
