I disagree: Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. Can you give me your interruption of what that means since you don't believe what it says?

It means that the Constitution was designed with that kind of people in mind, and wouldn’t work well with a different kind of people. In other words, the ultimate responsibility for the direction of the country lies with the people and not the government.
