Trump is no different than Hillary in his policies.

Then you haven't been paying attention. To Hillary OR Trump

"Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who had struck a deal with Cruz..." couldn't be interrupted until after his snack.

Cruz’s campaign indicated Tuesday afternoon he was not immediately leaving the race, announcing rallies Wednesday in Nebraska and Washington. For weeks, Cruz has said the race will come down to the primary June 7 in California, whose 172 delegates make it the biggest prize of the nominating process.

Confusing as ever, he said he was out, but he is still campaigning?

“Then you haven’t been paying attention. To Hillary OR Trump”

I’ll bet I’ve paid better attention than you have if you still support Trump. Even honest Trump supporters admit Trump is not a conservative. Just watch, the election just got handed to Hillary because a large number of conservatives will now just stay home and contrary to Trump’s comments, he can’t win without us.

They all do that, the suspension thing. Probably lets them keep their war chest.

LOL

It is definitely probable she will be the Democrat candidate, however:

Superdelegates are "unpledged" in the sense that they themselves decide which candidate to support. (In other words, they are not allocated according to voter preferences as the majority of delegates are.) Pledged delegates can change their vote if no candidate is elected on the first ballot and can even vote for a different candidate on the first ballot if they are "released" by the candidate they are pledged to.

[ Cruz just never caught on.]

He reminds me of the old silent movie star John Gilbert who couldn’t make it in talkies.

The reason for Gilbert’s rapid decline in popularity during the talkie era was that audiences simply hated his whiny voice.

Highly doubt that.

Even honest Trump supporters admit Trump is not a conservative.

Nobody here, not even Trump is making that claim. But he has a mostly conservative background and he is the only one of the 17 who ever stood a chance at beating the worst and most corrupt candidate the Dems have ever run.

". . . because a large number of conservatives will now just stay home . . .

That sure worked out well for "Conservatives" giving Barry a second term, maybe those same folks can pull it off again. You must be very proud.

That’s ok. Your vote will be cancelled out by a Dem crossover.

Good, why drag your knuckles down to the polls and vote at all?

Stupid is as stupid does. I guess?

God Bless you anyway.

Ha! I think respect fell off somewhere around "kiss my ass."

If you want to come on here and make an ass of yourself and throw a temper tantrum, expect to get needled. There has been a lot of vitriol around here, but it's mainly been Cruz supporters who believe it has been one-sided.

Whoo Hooo! Now we truly have a uniparty with two liberals running for President. Now we get to look forward to 4 years of Hillary! (that would be sarcasm if it wasn’t the truth)

Neither you nor I have any idea how this will all shake out in the long run.

You're claiming you do because your guy is defeated.

we are in uncharted territory here and to claim you know the future is imbecilic.

He is the only one that has consistently polled below Hillary and Bernie so how do you figure he’ll win?? Wishful thinking??

Both Trump and Hillary are liberals, but your argument is to support Trump so that he can beat Hillary. Why? He is the same as Hillary. Trump’s past is VERY liberal. He is the only candidate to support gun control, gays, abortion, subsidies, etc, etc. Yes, he may have changed his tune recently on a few of those issues, but his liberal side keeps sneaking out. Either way, we get a liberal so not sure one is any better than the other.

I believe both Trump and Hillary will ruin our country for 4 years and both will nominate left-leaning judges. You can provide no proof to the contrary either. The only difference is that Trump admits that he also wants to demand changes to the conservative Republican platform, which I strongly oppose.

It doesn’t really matter anyways. Trump has stated many times that he doesn’t need the votes of the millions of conservatives that didn’t vote for him, which is good because he won’t get most of them and he won’t win either.
