Rush’s blather reminds me of Cruz’s utterly classless (and boring) drama queen exit speech last night - too bitter to even recognize Trump’s accomplishment or even mention his name.
Rush promises to come back and play excerpts from Cruz’s speech. Ooh... can’t wait to hear THAT self-important piece of garbage again. It’s like Rush doesn’t know how to snap out of Cruz propaganda mode, even though Cruz isn’t in the race any more.

Glen—add up Cruz and Kasich votes in the last several states—Cruz wasn’t winning this whether Kasich was in or out.

Can hardly take Rush rhapsodizing over the supposed pure conservatism of Cruz. He is completely delusional.
To justify his claim that the GOPe salivates with absolute hatred towards Cruz, more so than hatred of Trump, Limbaugh says the GOPe wanted Cruz to win the nomination so he could be defeated by Hillary and thereby be destroyed forever. Limbaugh evidently cannot perceive all the contradictions in that nonsense. (Limbaugh, correctly, maintains that the country will leap to support someone who promotes conservative values.)
I think this is related to Rush’s brother, who is a crazy anti Trump.

Rush is doing what he accused the media doing when Cruz, Kasich or Rubio came in second or third and how they would talk about the suprisingly good showing.
Cruz has been done for at the very least 1 month for those who have been paying attention.
These talkers can't handle they were wrong and they lost. Further that their parrot Ted Cruz who mimics much of their talking lost in a big way.

What I don’t think radio hosts get is that when I hear an obnoxious voice spelling out “dynomite-dog-food.com” for the fiftieth time during one commercial, I’m hitting the button for another station (say, the news station) and may not remember to come back until I’m hearing the traffic report for the sixth time. :-)
