I agree. The truth is businesses that don’t pay enough to live on are being indirectly subsidized by the government, in the form of food stamps, section 8, EITC, etc. Those allow low paid workers to live and go to work at jobs they where they couldn’t otherwise. That’s why the Chamber types are fine with both welfare and open borders/amnesty.

My brother regional manager of 5 restaurants and I asked him how many of his kitchen staff are on public assistance. He said most of the non students were, about half. So the government is subsidizing corporations, i.e. corporate welfare. He got mad when I told him that.

The our choices of open sex before marriage, irresponsibly personal financial management and occasional personal family tragedy, leftist entitlement policies and lack of charitable rehabilitation cause subsidies by government.

It is not that business isn’t being rxtorted right by socialist nonsense policy or law
