The elite in America have been legally boxing in the American people. We have a lot of federal power hanging over our heads. The elite doesn't like that we can speak out against them. It doesn't like that we choose what we want to believe. It doesn't like that we can defend ourselves against them per the Second Amendment if it ever becomes necessary. When you have as much power over a society as Obama and America's depraved elite, it is easy to be cruel as it elicits feelings of superiority and enjoyment.
Who would have thought the government would have so much power over us that they could change our bathroom habits and endanger women and children in the process. It apparently, is a civil rights issue which, it appears naming an issue as such has become the Left's primary vehicle of oppression. I can envision this depraved attitude with a little imagination. You can take Obama, Hillary, Soros or any of these depraved elites and picture them with a sealed, see-through container of bees. Now, as you might have guessed we are the bees. Now picture one of them flicking the container and angering the bees, sending them into a rizzy. Now picture the person you picked smiling and enjoying themselves.
This is where we are.
I may be exaggerating but only a little and I think I capture the attitude of Obama and the depraved liberal elite. They are enjoying tearing apart our society ans keeping us in our little box where they get stung. It's a big rush to destroy something so big and important to so many people and there's little we can do about it. For a majority of Americans to control our own society the way we want is now a civil rights violation and therefore illegal.
Americans have lost the right to self-determination.
After that, it's fed gunthugs.
The intellectual ‘conservatives’ comprising the #NeverTrump movement are part of this problem too.
The socialists in power have been trying like hell to kill our first amendment rights and take away our 2nd amendment rights knowing that if they take those every one of the others will follow. Thank heavens we have enough grownups in this country with suffiicient intelligence, common sense, and discernment to realize what they’re up to and stand in the way of their “progress” (enslavementf the masses to rape them for even more money)

This is something I hope Donald Trump puts some focus on: Accountability in Government.
It's one of the most important things that needs to happen before much else positive can.
They need to get rid of these double standards whereby the powerful can literally get away with anything. Look at Hillary. Look at the IRS targeting. Look at these crooked Green Energy scams with Solyndra; the auto bailout that included massive money transfers to the Unions. It just goes on an on.
We have to create an atmosphere of Accountability in Government.

I don’t think there has been any federal legislation nor executive orders that dictates who must be allowed to enter a restroom within a retail store.
Instead, for what ever reason, and likely to their own detriment, retail stores such as Target, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue and Barnes & Noble have all announced that customers are welcome to use the bathroom of the gender they identify with.
These are private businesses making business decisions without directives from the federal government.
Yes, the federal government exerts too much power, but for now, who can use a restroom is not a power that they have exercised.
