I tend to disagree. The antipathy towards Jeb was just too strong. If anything, Jeb’s entering the race helped Trump because it sucked oxygen away from other candidates who might have gained a foothold if Jeb’s supporters werent hoarding the resources.

I agree. I disagree with his stance on immigration, and I don't think he is what we need at this time, but he's not the enemy and I think he's probably a very good person. Trump may be right about whether or not we should have gone into Iraq, but I remain very thankful to GW Bush for what he did to protect the country. I don't want any dynasty's, and am sick of career politicians and political families, but I think GW’s heart was in the right place.
