Does he still have the deep voice?

When you apply for insurance they ask you your sex. (they may call it erroneously “gender”.) For car insurance, men pay more. For life insurance, women are expected to live longer, and that affects the premium.

What about one of these wangler-slicers? Does he check off Female or Male? If so, he will either be cheating the insurance company, or paying extra.

Also, at the doctor’s office. They ask you your sex because it makes a difference in susceptibility to diseases and possible treatment. This is a fact. If you check off the wrong one and the doctor treats you as if you were that one, and you suffer unfortunate consequences from the incorrect diagnosis or treatment, can the doctor sue you? (Obviously you have no right to sue the doctor because you lied.)
