It won’t be soon enough. If Paul Ryan is allowed to be the Chairman of the Republican National Convention (RNC), he could deny motions from the floor of the convention, rule the ayes have it when the noes really had it, refuse to acknowledge a call for division to stop the false voice vote, deny objections from the floor of the convention, and refuse to acknowledge points of order from the floor. Somehow he needs to recuse or be removed from any possibility to serve as a chair man for a convention in which he opposes the presumptive nominee.
