COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - The Richland County Sheriff's Department is saying no harm, no foul after a social media describing a Krispy Kreme employee who refused service to a deputy earlier this week.
In a statement posted to its Facebook page, the sheriff's department was informed of this post circulating on Facebook back on April 29.
In the post, the man says he was inside the store getting doughnuts when he saw an exchange between two employees at the store -- one working the register, and one working the drive-thru window.
"When she looked out the window she said, 'I ain't doin' this one. No way I'm not serving him. Someone else is going to have to take care of him cause I ain't doin' it,' the post read. "I looked out the window and it was a police officer. I looked at the lady and asked her why she wouldn't serve him. She said 'I don't do the POlice.'"

This is a low-level employee who isn’t allowed to make that decision, and I doubt that selling donuts to cops is anywhere in the bible.
At least she didn’t ‘pull a Jesse’ and spit on his doughnuts! He’s probably just as happy she didn’t get near his food.
Did the cop ask for a gay wedding donut. Cause the Feds will back the cop 100%. If not the cop is worse than on his own.
My guess would be that she's a protected class and can't be fired.
