Congressman Paul Ryan has a Republican primary challenger this year. His opponent, of course, has every right to challenge our congressman. It’s America; it’s what we do. We get to exercise our freedom to do just about anything in this nation.
The big question is: who is Paul F. Nehlen III? This is a man who claims to have been politically engaged in the area since 2008, yet no one seems to know him: from Racine to Kenosha to Walworth to Rock counties. A First District GOP Caucus is held every spring, but there has been no sign of Nehlen. We also recently learned that Nehlen voted in only 3 out of 23 Wisconsin elections since 2008.

The RINO bastards have stolen the Democrat playbook. They know they can not win honestly by telling the truth. So, they slink, they morph, they lie to the electorate, and try to co-op the Tea Party name and use their best chameleon tactics to hoodwink the voter. So many liars to sort out.

Even assuming you “never heard of the guy”, as a voter shouldn’t you learn about him BEFORE choosing? There’s another factor. Paul Ryan has earned all the venom we can spew his way. For starters, getting him out of DC might mean we can save some of those Reps who went to DC with good intentions, but sold out and voted for Ryan as Speaker.

Sorry, I do not think the prevailing consensus here on FR is correct. There is just way too much hatred and discord to just jump in the same direction as the ruling herd.
While I’m as disillusioned as any one here with the last years of the GOP, replacing it with nothing real is just as idiotic as electing a shadowy community organizer for 8 years because some “principled” stand or other is not met.

If you so badly want to turn the entire federal government over to the Dems have at it - just don’t moan about the results later.
