EVERY banking transaction -- especially by those who are politically involved -- is subject to scrutiny. There is no way -- categorically N.O. way -- in a Patriot-Act world that anyone could have pulled off what is alleged against the Clinton Foundation. Except if some of their bank accounts are off-shore, and outside the reach of Patriot Act regulations.

I suspect the case for violation of the law is clearer on this than on the email scandal. The problem is that it may be easier for Hillary to blame it on someone else.

Note to Trump’s crew: hammer away on this more than anything, as in this is the summary of the Clinton criminals’ contempt for laws written and unwritten, is easy to understand for most people, source of their continuing power, and most damaging to them.
