Once again Donald Trump is frazzling the custodians of civil discourse.......
But dismissing JFK’s assassination as a trivial subject is one mistake that Donald Trump does not make. His gambit is an old story in American culture. With his intuitive media personality, Trump is drawn, moth-like, to an eternal flame of American culture: the JFK story.........
The issue facing the next president–and those who will vote for him or her– is not “Who killed JFK?” The issue in 2016 is “Who will kill JFK secrecy?”
The Law::::::Within a year of taking the oath of office President Trump (or President Clinton) will have to make some decisions about a huge trove ancient U.S. government records related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. The issue will come to a head as October 25, 2017 approaches. That is the date that the 1992 JFK Records Act requires the government to release all of its records related to JFK assassination.................
The Loophole::::But the JFK Records has a loophole and the loophole is what makes the political issue of 2016. The CIA (and other government agencies) have the right, under the JFK Records Act, to postpone release of these records past October 2017 for reasons of “national security.”.......
What will President Donald Trump do about the release of JFK records in his first term?
As far as Cruz is concerned, many believe that The National Enquirer Story was the impetus for his abrupt departure from the presidential race. He had firmly expounded numerous times that regardless the Indiana/WV/CA outcome, he was staying through the entire race. His #NeverTrump Pacs were fully funded and the plan to manipulate rules changes and delegate maneuvering was the end game to win Cruz the nomination.
Below, I will post some links of interest that are related to this story.
1. Is Gary Welsh's suicide related? (There is speculation that Welsh's death is related to the release of the Cruz story in the Enquirer and the possible connections to LH Oswald.
For the record: Ted’s opponents in Texas or others have been looking into both Rafaels’ pasts since he won his seat in the Senate and were uploading material and speculating in 2013. The Enquirer only picked the story up recently. Cruz's mocked indignation should be directed at whomever was conspiring against him three years ago when the material was floated. A Fair Play for Cuba Youtube (2013) with Oswald was filmed (set-up?) by the CIA and in the Warren Commission Report.
Also in 2013, fellow Cubans were ripping apart the Rafael's Cuban-Castro legend and itemizing falsehoods the preacher was telling on his campaign circuit for Ted. More recently, the NYT and other reporters were interviewing Cuban-Americans involved with the Castro regime and reaching similar conclusions.
2. Was Cruz involved with either Lee Oswald or the Cubans who may have conspired to kill JFK?
There is a distinct possibility that Cruz may have changed from a pro-Castro student and been used to infiltrate FPCC. Certainly, Cruz had a great deal of financing from the time he set foot in America and the following 4-5 years. His initial support had to have come from those aligned with Castro. There was a right-wing exile group Revolutionary Student Directorate (DRE), which operated under the CIA’s direction. Cruz may have changed sides and dealt with The Agency. Sentiments were strongly anti-Castro in New Orleans.
It’s funny that a change of allegiance among the Cubans would still have made most a foe of JFK. Kennedy had sent conflicting signals and the exiles felt betrayed. Both sides of the Cuban ex-pat allegiances had good reason to despise JFK and some were conspiring against him. Pro-Castro forces wanted JFK dead for meddling with Cuba and attempting multiple assassination attempts on Castro. The remaining freedom fighters hated JFK for the abandoning their brothers during Operation Mongoose -the Bay of Pigs.
Two months prior to the assassination, Kennedy initiated secret negotiations with Castro via UN ambassadors that were contrary to his official stance known to the American people. As a Democrat, Kennedy was trying to keep the conversations secret because if the Republicans discovered his agenda, there would have been outrage and major political backlash.
Kennedy had stiffed the Cuban community and now was seen by some as deceitful with Congress and the American people. Exiles were carrying out raids with the aid of the CIA and the US government was undergoing efforts to destabilize Cuba. Yet, behind the scenes, Kennedy was pursuing some other arrangement. His administration presented a completely duplicitous policy towards Cuba. Kennedy was clandestinely signaling it’s time to negotiate an agreement with Castro. But Castro would be a fool to believe this since he’s faced with continuous sabotage from the exiles and economic isolation. Behind the scenes, egged on by the CIA, no one is trusting Kennedy and they are plotting against him. Cubans do not keep many secrets and the exiles learned that Kennedy did not have their backs, once again.
This has been confirmed by the testimony of several Cuban exiles since 1963- 1980's. At that time, the drama was very intense due a string of bombings against pro-Castro exiles in NJ, NY, & FL and against the Cuban ambassador to the UN. However, the personal accounts of many exiles align with the article below published in 2006.
Researchers using FOIA on Rafael Cruz have discovered results contradictory to the published Cruz story related from the Cruz campaign. Much of it has been posted or linked on FR. The extent of Cruz's involvement may be limited to passing out pro-Castro propaganda, much more, or nothing much at all.
The Cruz family origins are murky. The Wiki story line doesn’t match his official records. Their records contain lots of red flags -enough for a Communist May Day Parade. Cruz took off for Canada in 1964 and then again in 1967. Cruz took a very unusual path from Cuba given his youth and inexperience. Once here, a Cuban with a revolutionary persuasion would have sought fellow comrades in Texas, and in New Orleans. What happened beyond that, if anything, and why Cruz scooted to Canada just adds to the intrigue. If Cruz was in anyway implicated, it may explain why he waited fourty-plus years to apply for citizenship. He applied at a time when Ted held a position with the WH and he could expedite his dad's application.
With Papa Cruz, there's lots of conflicts with documentation. And you have to wonder who paid tuition, room & board, travel, etc. And how a non-English speaker alien gets immediate entrance to UTexas and takes university level coursework, all while missing the first month of school to return to Cuba. Yet he exits with a Math & Chemical Engineering Degree in 4 years and also gets married and has two kids. He sporadically used this fine education, but never made a lasting career in these fields.
3. There were two different factions within the CIA. There were those pushing the globalist agenda and UN & EU. John Kennedy was aligned with them. There were also Patriots who recognized the danger and wanted to stop the progression. Below is a link to a Kennedy handbill labeling him a Traitor. Hopefully Ted Cruz will be convicted of assasinating JFK. And William McKinley. And he should be investigated for Lincoln, too.
This may be interesting, but hardly the most pressing issues of the presidential election.
We need to stay focused on having a strong economy and a strong USA.

Not a chance. I’ve seen his gut swag on the firing line like a waterbed with palsy. Just like the story about eight women allowing him inside of them, it just begs credulity.
Oily Felito is many things, and many of them are bad, but he is innocent of these charges. Too much the scrivener to accomplish them.
Trump supporter here who has no love for Cruz: Cruz dropped out because he spent his last 6 million against Trump in IN and Trump won all the delegates. More than likely his donors told him to drop out if he didn't win and he obeyed. That's what happened.

Cruz lied. No one was going to vote for him if he was going to drop out after IN so he lied about it. That's all that went down there.
As far as Cruz's father, his story has never been properly investigated but frankly at this point it's a distraction. If anyone created a plot to kill JFK it was LBJ and he's long dead.

Are there linkages to the theory that the Bush family has/had interest in the Kennedy assassination theories? Does that sub-conspiracy-theory add to the speculation as to why the Bush family is rapidly #neverTrump? Would the release of date harm the Bush dynasty?

At a glance, the recent document dump contained one document that involved Poppy, it included a personal statement made three days after JFK’s death. There may be more, it is very involved, obviously.
And there is point #3 that was made with an article here a few days ago that relates the CIA’s design and involvement with EU.
When they go to get that JFK file it’s going to look just like Bill Clintons State Dept. passport file.
