Trump mentioned this in the context of San Bernardino and Boston...as far as who else knew and helped? The "28 pages" supposedly put that in some detail. MANY Saudi nationals knew, and likely helped. Bush shattered the evidentiary chain by letting them all escape the U.S. after the attacks.
