Donalds position statements on the issues are more conservative than most of the GOPe candidates were.
The GOPe is all in for the GOPe...and since they cant have that, and it is the people themselves who are denying them of it...a lot of them are falling all over themselves to note vote for the nominee, to vote for a 3rd party, or even to vote for the DNC.
Fine...we already pretty much knew that about them which is why Trump ended up controlling the field.
This election is going to boil down to establishment politics on both sides of the aisle, doing all they can individually and together...against the American people who will be backing Trump in the GOP.
FYI...I’ll keep this countdown going.
Good thread!
Thanks
West Virginia and Nebraska tomorrow...a total of 70 delegates available.
May 17th is Oregon with 28.
May 24th is Washington with 44.
If he can get all of those, then by the end of May he would be only 15 delegates short going into June.
Let's see what happens.
NJ will be announced for Trump seconds after the polls close and then it will be official.
You are welcome...see my post number 6.
Over 300 delegates available on June 7th.
I believe Trump goes into the convention with possibly well over 1,400 delegates now.
We shall see.
Trump will win 64 delegates tomorrow night putting him at 1144.
He needs 93 more delegates to clinch the nomination.
I agree completely!
As Is ay, I think it likely that he will break 1,400 delegates now.
One thing I also believe...Donald Trump may well end up with the most GOP Primary votes for President in history.
Right now the record is the 2000 Primary where George W. Bush got just over 12 million votes.
Right now Trump has 10.7 million with nine contests (including California) left. He needs 1.3 million votes and I think in these last nine contest he is going to approach 2-3 million if people will still come out and vote.
Great job Jeff!
Yay, my vote counts !! New Jersey here :)
Thanks!
Hope you guys put him over the top!
Bookmark. Thanks for the thread Jeff.
Bingbhas been accurate in the past.
Here’s today’s Bing count
Current delegate count
Donald Trump——1068
Ted Cruz—————564
Marco Rubio———166
1237 to win nomination
2472 available
Bing
PREDICTED DELEGATES
Donald Trump:-——1471 total delegates
Ted Cruz:—————565 total delegates
Marco Rubio:-———171 total delegates
John Kasich:-———153 total delegates
The unbound had to come from one of the other candidates...Yes???
He has until June 7 since there’s only one primary for the two weeks out.
And they only offer 72 delegates, 21 short of what’s needed.
NJ will have to bring in 51 on June 7th so NJ will put him over the top. No need for CA later in the night.
Go Donlad, go!
Not necessarily...states like PA have a bunch of technically unbound delegates...but who pledged themselves for Trump.
Very possible...perhaps even likely.
But I want to see all of those other states go heavily for Trump and really up his popular vote and delegate count.
He needs an absolute SLAM DUNK and I believe now Trump will get it.
