Sure, and it's a perfectly safe and agreeable topic with most anyone in his audience. But when he refuses to discuss the part bad trade deals plays in Trump's appeal and the general dissatisfaction with the Uniparty, then he shows himself to be more in line with the globalists' goals than with most Americans.
I am not nominating him for a nobel. I am calling attention to the topic he is addressing. Post a list of what he doesn’t do right in your mind and I’ll reply to it. I don’r know anyone batting a thousand including my favorite Dennis Prager.
Why is he playing this anti-Trump commercial for the second time? Do you think he’d do this with Cruz?

Amusing coming from him. He’s been a cheerleader which is nice, but Rush knows zip about military matters.
Most of the women I know approach choosing a candidate as if they were selecting a husband or a boyfriend or maybe a a brother-in-law. The last conversation I had with a longtime friend and Republican said about Trump: “Ew I really don’t like his hands.” She said her sister voted for Rubio in Florida because she “felt sorry for him.” You can’t make this stuff up.
The point is Rush has been avoiding discussion of the importance of bad trade deals in Trump's appeal since Trump announced last June. And that is a very important omission and it is deliberate because Rush supported NAFTA and is on board with the globalists' goals as far as all these trade agreements go that gradually surrender US sovereignty.
You can occasionally hear his Trump problems coming out, but he's NOT been quite so bad as he became in February.
I think he knows it's Trump or Hillary, and he's NOT going any further, he's NOT going #nevertrump.
I think he's headed towards neutral, and will likely go positive sometime soon.
There is hope for him. I'm going to turn him off for a week and maybe try again.

I was wondering the same thing. I was irritated the first time he played it , wondering why and then HE PLAYED IT AGAIN!!! What’s the point in playing it twice?? Since when does he do that?? I’m sorry I broke my rule #neverrush but can’t help being curious...learned my lesson ,again...
He’s being passive-aggressive over Trump. He’s getting to be a waste for a Trump supporter like me.

Good old Dennis. For years he used to try correcting his listeners telling them that he was a mainstream 60s liberal. But because he’s a liberal as opposed to a Leftist, and because he’s friendly to religion, his callers kept insisting that he had to be a “conservative”. Well he’s not, and neither is Mondale’s speechwriter Charles Krauthammer. They are rebranded liberals, neoconservatives.

He can now turn his attention to Hillary instead of the primary process. His Cruz preference is no longer something that matters. He’s stuck with Trump against Hillary.
That's the end result. I think Rush developed his own ideas in most areas, but I also think he had no real beliefs concerning trade and he eventually just adopted positions from some of the think tanks.
When I started listing to him in 1991, NAFTA and Perot's positions soon became hot topics. For weeks Rush sort of thought aloud about NAFTA, never coming out for or against it. I though he might oppose it, but finally he came on the air and seemed to just read a pro-NAFTA position paper and that became his position.
He's just followed the GOPe on trade and some other issues since then.
I had to leave the radio, but I did catch some CNN.
They had on a Savannah State professor discussing his upcoming course, “The Impact of Trump on Ameican Politics.”
He said something was a seminal issue, and the closed captioning read “seminole issue.”

I heard the last part of Limbaugh’s show, and he was assuring everyone that what he had been saying was only reporting and should not be construed as him supporting Trump. Anyone know anything about that? Is Limbaugh moving toward Hillary? He has no other choice, unless he waiting for his boyfriend to jump back in.
In the first hour, Rush said he couldn’t imagine any circumstances that would warrant Cruz coming back into the race, despite Cruz’s statement that he would if circumstances changed.
Rush called Trump an Internet troll for his tweets, but, immediately sensing that he’d gone too far, Rush qualified it by saying that at least Trump wasn’t posting anonymously like “those gutless spineless poltroons” who do.
Okay, so Rush is a radio troll.
