The progressive left wants to fundamentally change America. socially, morally, financially, defense-wise, internationally, Constitutionally, demographically, and with all matters regarding to traditional faith in GOd.
Barack Hussein Obama is their champion of that, but make no mistake, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton are both also committed to that.
In doing so, these people want to amass all power to themselves so they can enforce the edicts necessary to make and then maintain these chang3es.
North Carolina rose in opposition to one of these changes. A change that is being instituted for the sake of less than 1% of the population, and a demented or mentally challenged 1% at that. Those so called transgenders who want to deny their own sexuality, despite the plumbing and physical characteristics th3ey were born with, and call themselves something they are demonstrably not.
The left supports this because it helps them achieve ta part of their fundamental change.
North Carolina opposes it and took strong measures against it because of common sense, morality,, and in an effort to protect their young against those perverts who infiltrate the transgender community to use what the progressives want to prey upon children and members of the other sex.
Now we have the Obama administration using the Justice department to make the ridiculous statement that North Carolina is violating the human rights of demented and mentally ill people who want to say that they are something they are not.
That’s like saying it is violating the civil rights of a murderer caught in the act because he insists he is not a murder.
But the issue here from the progressive left is not right or wrong, not common sense or lunacy, not good or bad, not mentally demented or sane. it is about using the power of government to enforce these changes they want to implement at every chance they can.
Good on North Carolina!

The only reason that the lawless Obama Administration is able to harrass a state concerning a 10th Amendment-protected state power issue is because the corrupt, state sovereignty-ignoring Congress is letting him get away with doing so.

When patriots elect Trump, they also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to not only support Trump, but also put a stop to unconstitutional federal interference in state affairs, the Obama Administration promoting constitutionally unprotected LGBT agenda issues in this example.
Also consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

There is, in fact, a mental illness called “body dysmorphic disorder (BDD).” So it seems to me that the first legal hurdle for the government is somehow establishing the legal difference between this mental illness and what they are insisting is the “civil right” of supposedly sane “transgenderism.” And quite frankly, I don’t believe they can do that.

Well, I think the government spends more on curing HIV than cancer. Every time I research it, the articles say they’ve almost got a cure. The last “almost” turned out to be worse than they thought, almost like G-d is against them.
