Sen. Ronnie Sabb is unethical (supports giving force to foreign law in South Carolina) and needs to be expelled.

Why should the acceptance of sharia law be even considered in a country that has a fully established legal system? WHy did we never consider establishing Nazi law with its “final solution”?

Sharia LEGALIZES SLAVERY. Period.
Is shariah currently a defense? No. Why ban using a defense that isn’t allowed?
I have no doubt that Nikki Haley’s aides pressured Senators to vote against this bill.

On the other hand, don’t ban it as a defense. It is an admission of guilt, “of course I did it, it is permitted under sharia.” Fine, allow the defense, then convict every single savage that tries to use it. Sharia does not apply here.
Don’t know if it should be an illegal defense, just a irrelevant and ignored as SOP defense....
