The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping directive telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.
A letter to school districts will go out Friday, fueling a highly charged debate over transgender rights in the middle of the administration’s legal fight with North Carolina over the issue. The declaration — signed by Justice and Education Department officials — will describe what schools should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against.
It does not have the force of law, but it contains an implicit threat: Schools that do not abide by the Obama administration’s interpretation of the law could face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid. Source: New York Times

Anyone can see that this bathroom business will be a snowballing issue, with women across the country rising up in arms against this onslaught on their sacred space — the public women’s restrooms of the USA.

Not only have the states never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to decide policy for any aspect of INTRAstate public schools, but even though Congress has the constitutional authority to stop Obama from forcing the LGBT agenda on everybody, the corrupt, state sovereignty-ignoring Congress will probably refuse to stop this action. (Or has Obama’s tentative action possibly been staged by Congress to make Congress look good in an election year?)

When patriots elect Trump, they also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to not only support Trump, but also put a stop to unconstitutional federal interference in state affairs, the Obama Administration promoting constitutionally unprotected LGBT agenda issues in this example.
Also consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
If I had a daughter attending a public school I’d pull her out of it so fast the school board’s collective head would spin. Because it’s a cinch the only transgenders the directive is really targeting are “male-to-female”. Which means every horny little bastard will come to school with a wig and lipstick and a bra and a skirt in his book bag. Where the hell is the Congress that will impeach? There is nothing—and no one—placing limits on what this man chooses to do. He is completely out of control.
