You are correct, but there is a different twist with the way the Alinsky disciples are doing it now.
The argument to impose this confusion is not JUST about money. Now, the perversion of the 14th amendment is being added to the mix. Such an approach doesn’t need the “carrot” of dollars. Rather, it evokes the THREAT of federal punishment.
