Going to your school district, meetings, check up on teachers and make them all accountable is more sane and in the real world than thinking millions will take their kids out of the school.

Yup. The parents will leave their kids in those schools. The lousy standards aren’t enough to motivate change, the anti-religious propaganda isn’t enough, moochelles lunch lady efforts haven’t done it, the race assaults in the schools haven’t caused an exodus and I fully expect that trannies in the showers won’t result in any exodus either.
So why should I spend my time trying to change the way the government schools are run? I don’t use the services. The parents who are on government school welfare clearly don’t give a sh*t or are actively complicit. I have better things to do with my day than tilt at windmills.
Perhaps a better approach than “saving” a system that clearly doesn’t want to be saved is to do what I can to minimize it’s impact on me and mine.
