Obama Admin Rule Forces Hospitals, Doctors Accepting Federal Funds to Provide Gender Transition Services and Abortions
The Obama administration is capping off a week of forcing Americans to accept gender ideology as normal with a final rule on Obamacare’s nondiscrimination policies in healthcare.
The rule will require physicians, hospitals, insurers, and other healthcare entities that receive federal funds — such as Medicare and Medicaid — to include gender transition treatments and even abortion among their services for the alleged sake of “equity.”
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued the final rule on Obamacare’s (Affordable Care Act’s) Section 1557 Friday, stating it will “help to advance equity and reduce health disparities by protecting some of the populations that have been most vulnerable to discrimination in the health care context.”

My wife is trying to get Medicare to pay for a gastric bypass. They KNOW that obesity causes all kinds of medical problems that Medicare will cover. But they won’t cover a procedure that will “cure” many of those problems.
Wonder if they are going to cover the dry spots on both of my corneas? I keep losing what little vision I have left.
Was hard enough to find a Cornea specialist to accept Medicare/Tricare Life. Seeing more signs up WE NO LONGER ACCEPT MEDICARE, which means they won’t accept Tricare, as Medicare automatically files it, even if it is not listed on the doctors list of acceptable health insurances. As a spouse of a career 20 years, Navy, Ret. SCPO I’m covered by Tricare Life and being 67 Medicare.
They already cover less each year and co-pays and Medicare cost continue to climb. 1 bottle of eye drops was a $50 co-pay for a 2 week basis. Any longer on it and it melts your corneas. Real great drug NOT/SARC.
