Clinton E-mails: Is the Fix In?
National Review ^ | May 14, 2016 | Andrew C. McCarthy

Posted on 05/15/2016 5:17:13 AM PDT by detective

There was an extraordinary report in Tuesday’s Washington Post about the Clinton e-mail investigation. It involved the government’s interview of longtime Clinton consigliere Cheryl Mills. It details how Justice Department attorneys made an agreement with Mills’s attorney to cut off questioning about a key aspect of the case. Mills, who is a lawyer, was represented at the interview by a lawyer named Beth Wilkinson. As is customary in these situations, the questioning was conducted jointly by FBI agents and Justice Department prosecutors. Yet when things got dicey, it seems the Justice Department prosecutors worked jointly with Ms. Wilkinson to block the FBI from asking about Mills’s collusion with Clinton in the belated provision of thousands of Clinton’s e-mails to State — provided only after nearly 32,000 of those e-mails were deleted. This is a very good article about the Obama DOJ and the Clinton crimes.

The Obama DOJ clearly is corrupt. The so called investigation appears to be less than an honest attempt to learn the facts and more of a political exercise to shield the Clinton's criminal activities.

“Is the fix in”

LOL, are you serious? Do you mean to say you actually believed Clinton would be held accountable, indicted....?

Seriously, did you?

She will have to be held accountable by we the people, at least as much as we the people can.

Maybe since Clinton is also guilty of international crimes, they should refer their findings to The Hague. Libya surely qualifies.

Let’s see how this plays out. Nobody really knows anything yet. Don’t jump to conclusions. Follow Judge Napolitano. He’s a voice of reason crying in the wilderness.

There are a lot of avenues related to the investigation and it may take a while longer to follow them all to their end.

Comey is facing pressure to wrap this up for political reasons, but he’s marching to his own drum.

If a criminal referral is made to the DOJ, you can bet that it will have all the i’s dotted and all the t’s crossed. If Lynch deep sixes it, you can also bet there will be a mutiny.

Uh, of course the fix is in. What rational observer of politics and the Clintons' history hasn't felt that since Day One?

That's fixed, but the rule of law and my belief in the integrity of this nation, are broken and will never be the same.

I'm somewhat ashamed that I believed for so long that we had a government in which there were at least some leaders driven by principles such as morality, honesty and adherence the Constitution.

FReeper Arthurus made a particularly good point: the DNC PTB are counting on Hillary being able to pull her chestnuts out of the fire......but she keeps tanking. "So if Trump is set to win so overwhelmingly that the voter fraud Boobamba and Val have in the works would be patently obvious to the voting population, then Hillary will have to go......and will probably be indicted.

=========================================

I'm sick of the Clintons. We need it written down somewhere...maybe amend the Constitution....that once you're in the WH 4 or 8 years, then you go back home.

The Clintons don't seem to know their time is up.....he's out there saving the world, a-g-a-i-n, and raking in big bucks......she's been in the WH, the Senate, the State Dept and now a candidate, again.

Go back home and stay there, Clintons.

POINTS TO PONDER

<><>State Dept personnel under Hillary may be facing charges of misleading a US court WRT the court's request for documents...and for tampering w/ evidence.

<><> And what of Bill's culpability? The first server Hillary used was the one in their Chappaqua house for Slick/s use when he left the White House......against the advice of Slick/s people.

<><> At some point Hillary went from Chappaqua to a server managed by an outside company. Pagliano probably had some involvement in the migration (if not sole responsibility).

<><> Hillary obviously had to keep her multiple pay-to-play Foundation business off government computers. Fortunately whether it was Pagliano or someone else, the file deletion/wipe was less than professional.

<><> Pagliano’s dual role as: 1) a tax-paid US government employee, and, 2) Hillary's personal employee, opens a whole new arena for investigation.

<><> What was Pagliano’s day-to-day State Dept job? What did he actually do, not just his job description, but actual work accomplishments? Is there a paper trail showing he did any actual work at all, or was the State “job” just a make-work position to get him on the tax-paid payroll in return for his services to Clintons?

<><> Pagliano listed himself on LinkedIn as a political-appointee saying he “Serves as strategic advisor and special projects manager to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) overseeing the operations of the Information Resource Management (IRM) bureau.”

<><> Pagliano being employed, by his own admission, at such a high level inside State’s IT structure assures that State’s most senior info officers knew about Clinton’s email setup, and apparently did not, or were not, able to stop it. Unless Brian never told his supervisor about his "other" job.

=============================================

And what abut Sid Blumenthal? He had inside govt info and was constantly in touch w/ Secy Hillry.

<><> For public consumption, Sid was beng touted as a Clinton Foundation hire---the factotum hired to preserve Bill's pesidential legacy (cue laugh machine).

<><> Sid's emails show he had classified info almost verbatim (as confirmed by the NSA).

<><> Blumenthal was urging Hillary to bomb Libya b/c he had profit-making business interests predicated on a new Libyan govt.

<><> Sid also used scare tactics----that Obama would lose reelection if they didn't bomb Libya.

Hillary passed on this information to Obama.....did he know it came from a person he banned from govt employment?

“””Let’s see how this plays out. Nobody really knows anything yet. Don’t jump to conclusions. Follow Judge Napolitano. He’s a voice of reason crying in the wilderness.””””

Unfortunately, his predictions never come true. I think he bases his predictions on the rule of law, Constitution and other foolish stuff like that. He should study more about how it works in a dictatorship.

Every agency in government has been politicized.
DOJ & FBI are no exceptions.

——you can also bet there will be a mutiny.——

Well there is mutiny and there is leakage.

I have concluded that if there is no referral there will be leakage as in the dam overtopping. There will be a literal deluge of leaked info that will be so massive the protectionist MSM can not ignore it.

Rather than hung, Hillary will be drowned. So will many others in the deluge.

Yeah. Multitudes will be yanking the O's off their keyboards and throwing them out the windows. Their pensions? Not so many.

The fix was always in.

The only saving grace is that the GOP nominee will be Trump, who will have the balls to actually expose Hillary as the crook that she is and shout it from the mountain top, unlike if one of the GOP-e RINOS got the nomination. The “crooked Hillary” moniker WILL stick.

I agree about the leaks. This is a pivotal moment in Comey’s career. If he submits a referral to DOJ and it is not taken up, I doubt he will stick around.

least not ‘til Judgment Day.
