The people making the law are hardly marginally educated abd neither are the judges that let them get away with it .
There is no real duality in the koran . They have verses on how to treat muslims and other on how to treat non muslims .
The problem comes when they quote the verses out of context and apply verses which are meant for treating muslims as verses for treating everyone else. They get away with it because no one bothers to read the verses that directly follow .
Technically I have a high school diploma and a cosmetology certificate which makes me “marginally educated” on top of that I have brain damage from a diving accident . Some how I have no trouble understanding what I read when I read the koran.
