Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution forbids office holders from accepting anything of value from a foreign state, yet husband Bill Clinton collected $1 million from the Abu Dhabi government while Hillary was secretary of state.
Bill Clinton spoke at the Abu Dhabi Global Environmental Data Initiative (AGEDI) on December 13, 2011 and received a speaking fee of $500,000. The AGEDI is a program funded by the Abu Dhabi government, so the source of the funds was the government itself. Although the fee was paid to Bill, Hillary equally benefited from the payment. In effect, she accepted money from a foreign state.
A year later, Bill spoke to the World Travel and Tourism Council in Abu Dhabi (also funded by the Abu Dhabi government) for another fee of $500,000, for a total of $1 million.

Hey, when you wade into the cesspool that is the Clintons’ finances, you are bound to encounter multiple felonies. Both of them should be in jail. LBJ and other prior presidents may have been more corrupt but the sheer audacity of the grand scale of Clintons’ corruption puts them in a class by themselves. They really are the most corrupt couple to have ever lived in the White House.

Of course it’s corrupt especially if you can link her to the payment, but I’m guessing the ban does not apply to your spouse because technically how could you prevent them from taking it?

Cattle futures, and some land speculation in the Whitewater estates years back, were very similar to this. It is what happens when you have nepotism, that is why Hillary should not have been allowed anywhere near policy or power as First Lady.
Of course any ethical Secretary of state would yell their spouse not to accept millions from foreign governments. Likewise any ethical presidential candidate.
I think the pink elephant in the room is Huma, a lesbian lover influencinging Hillary to favor the Muslim world, and setting her up for blackmail.
I think the point of why this is taking so long is this: if they put the crime family in jail, they would be at the head of the line that would go on for miles leading out of DC. The swamp would be so drained the city might actually rise a foot or two.
If Diogenes were seeking an honest man in DC with his oil lamp, he would need a super tanker to resupply the oil before he found one.
Do Presidential pardons apply to ALL crimes she’s committed, or does it have to be specific?
If we could pick it, when would be the most opportune time for Hillary to be indicted? Not now, obviously, but what are the rules/laws regarding when a new candidate (Biden) could appear on ballots?
Yep—they are only “reportedly” “looking at” it in order to issue a clear-pass exoneration.

Abu Dhabi is one of the emirates that comprises the United Arab Emirates. Technically not a “state”.
Once again, it depends on what the meaning of the word “is” is.
There is an old Chinese saying that I think fits this situation.
