Teary-eyed Cruz: This movement doesn’t go away in one election
The Hill ^ | 05/16/2016 | Caitlin Yilek

A teary-eyed Ted Cruz is hinting that he’s leaving the door open for another White House bid in a newly released video titled "No regrets."

The 5-minute video opens with a campaign staffer asking if the Cruz camp made it “through this without regrets.” “This is nearly a regret-free campaign,” he says. “Ted Cruz didn’t lose. Our campaign for president lost.”

Good man who will fight for us is Trump. Coker, TPA and so much more was NOT fighting for Americans, it was just Cruz being Cruz. Honesty is not wrong so no this is not DU.

Damn, I remember posting threads about Cruz exposing him on immigration, his creepy cult-like religious connections, etc., and getting hundreds of posts— sometimes more than a thousand— of people hating on me for telling the truth about Cruz.

Reading this thread, it’s great to see that 99 percent of the forum is now totally awake to who and what Cruz really is. It’s wonderful to see. Next step: Find someone to primary this fool out of Texas!

Funny, we were all for this guy until Trump showed up and then all of a sudden he became a pariah.

What change? Rhetorical.

Nope. What changed was Cruz dishonestly campaigning with amnesty Ryan to enable the secret “trade” agenda of the msot lawless POTUS in history. I and many other FReepers withdrew our support of Cruz then. Trump wasn’t even in the race at that point. Sorry, Ted Cruz’s faults and failures have nothing to do with Trump.

Is this Democratic Underground? I thought this site promotes Conservitism. To hate on a good man who has fought for us shows otherwise. You all have fallen off the cliff.

Ted Cruz personally insulted millions of Trump supporters when he called them “low info”. That you are comfortable with Cruz’s sleazy campaign shows that your support of him is not at all about conservatism.

Cruz didn’t start any movement!
They guy is delusional!

Exactly. Ted Cruz like many other career politicians self serving jumped on the TEA wagon when it was advantageous to his career. Ted Cruz did not create a grass roots movement. He attempted to co-opt one for his own personal gain.

“Like hell he has no regrets; however, in honor of this fool, someone please post a link to Edith Piaf singing “non, je ne regrette rien” ( NO REGRETS ).”

I won’t do it to honor oily Felito, but rather to show how you do it right.

As far as I could watch it they had a low energy obese Jeb Bush look alike doing this commercial about no regrets.

No regrets about lying the night before the Iowa primary or anything.

“Were you at the Texas State Republican Convention? If you had been there you would have seen a five minute standing ovation. There is no doubt he will be re-elected to the US Senate.”

Do you think they will let Cruz take the podium and give a speech?

No, Ted Cruz signed a pledge to support the GOP nominee. He has said he can't support Trump, he is a stealth #NeverTrump er. He can go the hell along with Mitt, Ryan, Will and Levin.

The guy that skipped a debate because of Megan Kelly was moderating.....you mean that guy.....
~~~~~~
I skip her shows all the time. Can’t blame Trump for skipping her debate
Seriously though... Trump’s far too forgiving imo. Don’t know why he agreed to do the interview with Megyn that will air sometime this month.
Can Cruz start supporting the presumptive nominee? I'd wager the attacks will stop once that occurs, don't you think?
Cruz just sucks - and these public pity parties he throws has now elevated him to a whiny little bitch.
Pity party indeed. There are 16 loser candidates. How many are still spending real money on their “campaign” now? Only Ted Cruz. Why is that? Something is rotten here and it isn’t the cheese.
Thanks. That’s what I mean.
Did he say what he’s going to do FOR the country? Instead of it is all just “me, I and my plan”?
We are in total agreement, “He can go the hell along with Mitt, Ryan, Will and Levin.”
I would add that phony two bit lying scum, Rush, the cruzite, limbaugh.
Exactly, Judy.  He's acting again.  And the script is one of those melodramatic soapbox opera things.  He paints himself heroic: "in this foxhole together".  What does he know about foxholes?  He's a phony from head to toe.
Cruz thinks he's Ronald Magnus II, but he will never measure up to Reagan.  Reagan could make grandiose speeches, but what made them work is people knew there was a man behind the words.
But with Cruz, what has he accomplished in his life other than being a magnificent office seeker?
He's a speech and debate point maker.  Fine, but a couple great journalists -- Greta Van Susteren of Fox News and John Dickerson of CBS -- drew out and exposed the deception and lies of Mr. Cruz for everyone to see.
Fortunately, the vast majority of voters figured out Cruz in time.  We must continue to tell the truth about this cartoonish character and the World Domination game he's been playing in his head since high school.
John Boehner was right.  And to be honest, Ted is probably more dangerous than Hillary.
"Can we stop attacking yet?"
Has anything been said about Cruz, other than by a cruzite, that is untrue?
Cruzites want to stop the truth coming out about their cruz, simple, stop attacking Donald.
