There are many reasons for high Obamacare premiums, but being covered for conditions your age group or sex can’t claim anyway isn’t one of them.

What about drug/alcohol rehab? Why should I have to carry insurance for that?

I don’t have any position on whether rehab should be covered but at least it is something that could theoretically be applicable to you, especially after Rx pain management.
