When I worked as an assistant in the public schools — I would find drug and sex paraphernalia on some playgrounds. We always had plastic gloves to remove such items.
And the playground was right there, Moochelle, imagine that!

More playgrounds, meeting places are hard to find.
Any excuse to avoid the obvious.
The left set out to destroy the family.
They succeeded with the black urban family.
But, they cannot allow that their success in destroying the family lead directly to horrific crime rates.
So they come up with hypothetical excuse after hypothetical escuse. The left is masterful at creating hypotheticals.
There are city parks and playgrounds in the ghetto. The sad fact is that decent people there are afraid of letting their kids play there. And the youth gangs have taken over such public places and made them war zones and part of their turf.
She makes it sound as if cities have not provided public parks in these neighborhoods.

AA, diversity, and abortion all have stated left agendas but they all work to destroy the black family.
They know the unstated goals will be met, but in order to not have it come back on them, they have enemies for each they focus hatred and blame onto so people dont get angry at them, the people who planned all this to occur, all along.

The apologists just can’t seem to come to grips with the truth:
Broken families. 80% out of wedlock births. Absent / non-existent fathers. A culture that holds education in contempt. Drug addiction. And a welfare state that rewards laziness and irresponsibility.
Playgrounds would be a market place for illegal drug sales. Increased violence would be the result of a fierce battle over who controlled the park. I am surprised that my fellow FReepers haven’t pointed that out.
I was bored as a kid sometimes....never stole anything, shot anyone, etc.

It seems to me that playgrounds often are taken over by gangs and thugs. They would have to have armed security in place in order to have safe playgrounds.
